umm a little help

this morning i logged into my acct and had several hundred glory points. i logged in this afternoon and now i have 0 glory what do i do now was little over half way to assendtion. private message me for my acct. info i donr wanTry to make your post as folows:
1.) Bug description
disappearance of all glory points
2.) OPTIONAL
N/A
3.) Steps to take to replicate the bug
How can someone else replicate that bug in their own account.
(eg. "train all of your uu and u will see that it will go -1")
Also consider answering these questions:
Can the bug be reproduced? If so, does it always happen or is it related to other ingame actions you have been doing right before the bug appeared? Or does it appear randomly? i don't know.
4.) Results of bug as it stands
Explain what is the result of that particular bug after its happening...
