NAQ to officers on alert

When i go to critical, does my officers pay get cut 30% of what my income is on critical or is it based on what i make not at critical?

if you go on critical ur officers income is reduced by the amount of income u make yourself...if that makes sense lol. when u go on critical u don't get less income from ur comm, so ur income is only lowerd by the amount u make urself so ur officers income is only lowerd in relation to that amount also!
