reconing planets..need some clarifaction

Ok these things must be the hardest thing to see within the target, waht i mean is when ur covert power is god like compared to them its still so dam hard to get the info, is it all randomness or is there some sort of way to easily see them better

As far as I know, even if you are far superior, you must just rely on luck.

Yep... Luck.
I've tried scaling my covert, overkill etc. and it all seems to be luck.

What I do is say I have 30k covert and use all to spy and I cant see. Then what I do is use half(15k), if still dont work I go up 5 or 10k more until I see the def, hope this helps.
