Planets

There seems to be a lot of people selling planets at rates that are not worth it.
Any planet above normal should be cheaper or the same price as smaller planets IMO.
Large planets cost 60bil per def and you have 1mil def facilities available.
But normal planets cost 40bil per def and you have 10,000 def facilities.
Now if you were to put, for example, 10,000 def facilities on the large planet it would cost 600 bil naq but on the normal planet it would cost 400 bil naq.
There is a 200bil naq difference which is quite a bit of naq for any player.
Players rush to get the stats on the planet up high to gain the rewards from the planet but do not see the repercussions of the cost of def on the planet when they decide it's finally worth defending or they try to sell it for naq or UU on the market.
I have made this mistake in the past myself but did not try to overcharge any players for them, I would give them away to players I know.
To properly defend a planet it would surely be cheaper to buy a tiny planet and max the def on the planet until it reaches up to normal then build on the stats. Also if you increase the size the planet and put even more def on it you could build up the stats to any point you want and it would probably never be touched until a big war breaks out.
Do you think you get overcharged for such planets? What are your thoughts?
