I have an issue with vacation mode. People can mass me and then ascend and vanish from my log, people can take a planet and jump to purgatory, but when I take my planet back and try and go on vacation mode (yes I am really going on vacation) I cannot.

It is ridiculous, you fixed vacation mode but have a system in place where as long as you ascend right after no-one can see you AND you can jump realms to avoid retaliation.

This was a WAR game, or so I thought, and war games have some type of honor.

Guess I will have to start sitting on accounts and making people delete them or quit the game. Point of the thread is that you fix one loop when you still have 2 for people to use.

SGW is not here to teach us morality, its here as a game for our enjoyment. We certainly prefer people to have honour, it is by no means necessary to play the game. Indeed, role-players like Esker who actually act as their race dictates make the game that much more interesting (though I should imagine that the people who he scammed would disagree).

Vac Mode says that u need not to attack ne1 in the last 24 hrs
attacking for a planets is an attack. thus u cant VAC.

i feel no honor for those who do the things u say but u tried to do the same things. so goes honor.

Technically you are right. However, it was MY planet to start with and I was leaving that day. I have a libary close to where I am staying so it is not an issue right now. I have it back now and the persons account is going to feel it.

I have honor, I tried to take back my planet and do the same as they had done to me only to find out that you cannot. I was not going to run and hide, I was going to go on vacation mode because I was (am now) really going on vacation. When I get back I am going to deal with the planet stealer and flush out the vanishing masser.

The definition of Honor is that it is merley a promise. I know honor as being truthful and facing your problems. When I get back I am going to face my problems not run away from them.
