marketplace bug?

im just wondering i got messages from about two or three people that you could start using the marketplace. and when went to use it it said i cant until Monday when when the market turns reset. also somehow it says i have done a trade in the marketplace which i haven't done also at other times it said that the market place wasn't available until Monday which it isnt yet. so how come all these other people in the game can trade and i cant? also all i did was select a trade to get MSS for the era. is there any way this problem can be fixed.
