A: Three things, buy a name change. Buy merlin device power and create a planet. You cannot use resources such as naquadah or UU to buy turns, PPT or any other resources. The mercenary market is still there. And you still can buy naquadah and untrained units with cash on the black market

Q: Can you successfully raid in pergatory?

A: Yes, you just have to build up a lot of turns and find extremely good targets. Its not a good option for growing quickly.

A: No, if they are in pergatory and you are not, or vice versa, PMs are not possible.

Q: Can you still receive alliance wide messages in pergatory even if your alliance commander isn't in pergatory?

how does that work?
it says that you can have officers/commanders in other realms. if they are before one switches do they stay?

yes, If you and your commander are both in Normal Reality, and then he goes to pergatory. He still keeps his officers

if u ascend in perg do u go to the Normal Reality or stay in perg?

does this mean that i get 44.8 bil naq, or does this mean that i get 44.8 bil naq + (turns i would have gotten * this market value in naq) naq?

does people in normal realm get 44.8 bil naq too, and the AT, while we get 44.8 bil naq + extra naq, but no attack turns?

no, the 44.8bill you get is the naq the people in main realm get + the amount of turns convert in naq with market rates

no they get less nag plus the turns

I paid for all kinds of stuff and havent gotten anything.

Accended in Pergatory it is not advised you will lose a lot of your minors/lifers (i hought you will keep them when you accend?)

it doesn't matter where you ascend, you keep your lifers, both in normal realm and in pergatory. miners will be converted to APP the same in both realms, only lifers stay.

*edit*

if you have alot of miners and you would like to keep them when you ascend you have to untrain them all, then train them, 10% are now lifers, then do this over and over again several times untill they are almost all lifers. you can never lose lifers.
