Who is still in the digital stone age? I am for one. I have been using dial up ever since I started playing this game.
I got a kick when somone posted something along the lines of
" Don't attack the diety he has to rely on dialup"
So who else has to suffer and use dial up all the time?
I am a 56k warrior with an army size of 8 million ish.
If you are a 56k warrior what is your army size? Lets show the whole world that 56k players do not entirely suck

If I had to use dial up to access the internet, I'd become a landscaper. I have two high speed lines with a dual-channel bonding router. 6MB DSL + 8MB cable modem = internet joy.

Dial up is a good tool man. It teaches you patience. It took me two minutes to get to this thread and read the replies.

As for massing you just need to make sure the person is offline.

In case some don't know this...
You can use some anti-virus programs to block specific URL's, in this case specific pictures. I have used this in the past with Norton Anti-virus for the google ad that never seemed to download.

I get very frustrated when I go to my parents house and have to use a 56k connection its one of the most frustrating things ever getting attacked while your waiting for your bank page to load up.

im on 256k, used to be on 128k
before that, less then 2 years ago I was on 28k dial up. I miss it. Always reliable.
I do however enjoy teh higher speeds for downloading, but over all i don't mind the 28k
