Glory and Rep? top .2%

im ranked about 120ish. give or take a few ranks. what is the top .2% so i can get into it. it used to be around this rank a while back, so i figured this would suffice. but im still not making 5GR pts/turn
whats going on? im sure the ranks must be calculated differently. if someone could inform me on what rank i need to be to get 5 pts/ turn please let me know. thanks

About 10 more ranks i reckon, i was ranked about 108 when i was getting them last time i ascended

strange, actually rank 144 would have been enough compared to the number of accounts ...

Nah, it LOOKS like there are 72k accounts but there are NOT 72k accounts...not over 65k there are.
