not a cheater, no relation to the guy "the winner for us". I would know, Lord Katsumoto is my CO and a friend of mine, as well as a proud member of bushido alliance. He has worked hard at this game, addicted to spending time farming and raiding as what you are to do in this game. If anyone questions his allegience to the game or his ethics or considers him a cheater with no reason do do so other than having naq. the you should be ashamed of yourselves. He is a generous Co and has helped many of his officers grow and provided resources and planets locations to any of his officers or alliance members that needed them.
