is the following statement true?
If the Fleet's power is higher (even by a very small amount) than the planet's defence i always get the planet.

not really, it depends on your fleet strength

not true. there is an element of chance in there. you will do 75-100% of ur potential damage and he will do 75-100% of his potential damage. if your damage output is greater than his damage output, u will take the planet in that 1 hit. if your damage output is lower u will destroy a few of their defences.
