Is there a minimum bonus it can add? Or can you have a +1/+0 UP planet?

They come minimum of around 200 iirc.

i saw one at 122 production, tiny in size. i think it might be 100 but i have no idea. could be 1 for all i know. lol

Even if it was at 1 when you upgrade the size it increases the bonus.

it was a joke... but it is possibel in theory. We all saw people with negative naq... if that kind of bug is possible, why not a negative UP planet
