PPT Bug

So PPT ends after 48 hours but you don't actually come off PPT till the turn ticks over right? Well I was on PPT just now and I was waiting for the turn to tick over to go BACK on PPT as I had just over 20 bill out and a full bank and I logged in at exactly GameTime: Jun28 - 06:31.28 to find this

Now someone mind explaining to me why he was able to hit me 3 minutes BEFORE I went off PPT?

I'm guessing you didn't participate in an Act of Agression against someone...
Spy, attack, sab etc...

Is this correct? I very rarely let my PPT run out automatically, just incase i forget to log on just before it goes off, about 1hr before it expires, i bank / spend etc and then turn it off myself.
Just want clarification if you do come of it at the first turn after it expires, or the minute it expires
