Declaring War

Just wondering what happens when you declare war on someone. Does it increase your attack ability as compared to simply just attacking someone? Does it increase your defences in case of retribution? Or is it just the "gentlemanly" thing to do before running off with all their Naq?

by declairing war it just incresses the amount of nag that you can get from them.. But declairing war does not mean they will attack you.
attacking without declareing war will give you less nag per attack on them
I think that about right

I also think that declaring war before attacking is the right method to fight. Is there any way to show whom you have all declared war to?

it also means you get more losses but i tryed it and its still worth it
