My bank size is 5bil. I go on PPT and should get 10% extra space, from memory of reading some stuff, but it only increases by 150mil naq size each PPT.
What's up with that?
Does my amount of miners/lifers count towards this?
Is it a bug or is this truly a n00b question?

It should be 10% of your base income, i.e. not 10% of 5 billion. But +10% of 1.5 days of your income from your miners. It doesn't include any income from your c/o and not sure about income planets. If you look at the market page it should show how much your bank size should increase with your current number of miners if you go on PPT.

go to the market...
it will tell you exactly how much your bank will increase BASED ON YOUR INCOME. if your income isnt very high its not gonna increase it much however the good thing is when you increase your income all those 10%'s you added will go up as well. its a constant 10% based on your income, the more you make the more space they create.

this is the paragraph to look for, its in red:

NOTE: The Market Supporter Status gives full trade market functionality, 10% increase to original bank size (for you, as of last turn, this is an increase of 1,324,801,610 REMEMBER - the bank size increases/decreases with your income), and full PPT. It does not include player to player transfers, bonus goods, or other 'full supporter' bonuses.

this also applies to PPTs so dont be thrown off with it saying market supporter status.

So if I train 2 mil miners my bank will increase by over 11bil?
2,000,000 * 80 = 160,000,000
1.5 days of turns = 72
160,000,000 * 72 = 11,520,000,000

And this extra 11bil space will remain even if I untrain the 1.8mil lifers?
My income will fall but I will keep the 11bil space?

you cant untrain lifers and if you untrain miners, your income goes down and so will your bank size. it use to be instant but now the bank size doesnt change until the next turn so IF you add 1 mil miners you wont see the increase until the next turn. also if you untrain 1 mil in miners you wont see the decrease in bank size till the next turn.

I meant miners Was thinking too much to notice that.
I know my bank decreases when I untrain miners but I meant the PPT bank bonus, will I keep the 11bil bonus forever?

it wont stay 11 bil but you do keep the 10% regardless how high or low your income gets. it will always be 10% of your income (CO bonus does not count nor does income planets)

That's so much for the help guys, especially you Neptune. My bank should size should be very big in a few months

Yes, when you obtain a PPT that increase is permanent, if you could untrain all your miners and lifers, you would be left with the bankspace gained through PPTs, as far as i'm aware anyways.
