1) Only one account per person, per game server.
2) No automated processes, macros, scripts or other 'non human being' run account activity is allowed.
3) No sharing or giving out your account details to others.
4) No logging into other people's accounts.
5) Attempts to break into accounts, the game, or otherwise disrupt or slow down the game, or server, are strictly illegal.
6) Using bugs or exploits of any kind, or knowing of and not reporting bugs or exploits, is illegal.
7) Spamming your recruiting link, or anything else related to or using our name or site, is illegal. Share the site, but please do so respectfully.
8) No profanity in user names, namable weapons/ships, or anywhere else on game.
9) Any breaking of the rules can result in punishment, suspension, banning, account deletion, or banning of your entire ISP.

they don't care if your over 10mil army and if they do its only a warning

Or HE has thousands of reports to process AMONG OTHER THINGS. I suggest you do not badmouth the staff of this game. Thank-you.

The second about him saying is it illegal is in the same thread on the last post of page 6.

Hello Kalkin,

I checked out the message that tetrismonkey sent and agree he did break rules 3&4. I use my judgment on how to deal with these types of infractions. In this case I decided that a warning to play within the rules along with a note on his game account was all the action that was warranted. If the activity were to continue it will show up as a multi account which would be investigated and further action will be taken.

i was already warned about it, im just angry because i got banned when i just got a new account and when someone comes in admits to cheating and gets a warning.... just stressful missing out on sgw lol but im sorry

erm maybe you should remove the acounts for sale section of the forum.....rules 3 an 4 get broke everyt time some buys one............if you truely want to stick to the "wording" or maybe......just maybe..........we can use some common sense and check just how many time another IP has logged onto an account.........and run a chek where in teh world those Ip's are to each other and work out it actually isn't a cheater!!!
