I stumbled across this account today. It is ostracized and has a rank of 0. However it has this much 9,092,969,740,955,892,000 Naquadah. If I remember correctly you can attack accounts ranked 0. If that is so something about this needs to be done. Some noob will stumble upon it and start this mess all over again.
