i posted this in the end of another thread, resulting in that it got overlooked and unanswered... guess i have to make another thread ><

read somewhere (i think) something about having to make 300 posts on the forums before being allowed to advertise trades in the forum, or something like that.. searched for "300 posts" but found nothing, read the market forum rules but found nothing... anyone care to fill me in?

Unless it has changed I thought it was 50 and that was introduced due to Multi's stealing Planets and selling them.
If you want to sell something, post. The worst that could happen is you post gets deleted and you get a PM telling you what the rule is.

But you will be so much better regarded if you don't spam to get those posts done.

By the looks you are already halfway there, just keep your posts decent, and people will start recognising your name as being one to trust and respect.

50 posts sounds fair and good but if it was 300 i think there would be a problem with spammers instead.

50 posts is only required for those wishing to trade something which cannot be completed safely using the Broker...

So if you're wanting to sell UU or ATs or similar, you're quite safe to do that below 50 posts. If you're wanting to sell Planets or such, then you need more posts.

IMO posts are not terribly important for trades, if you have someone who can vouch for you you'll be ok

lol i think i had about 7 posts when i made my first market thread and never heard anythin bout a post limit

Same here, also a feedback thread might be a good idea if you want to trade regularly. Once you have a bit of good feedback you should have no problem.
