Would any one be so kind to give me a few pointers just as to what the hell is going on in Ascension (lol)...

Boost your Cosmic Fleets Like No Tomorrow
It takes a lot to compete in defense
In ascension you have to stay balanced as military can wipe out assassin, covert take out military and assassin take out covert.
Production Planets are very helpful
Also, make sure to use the "Life Force to Currency" button A LOT!!!

Use your life points for Maxlife upgrades.

Also make sure to increase your flow ability os taht whe you at max, the overcharge doesn't take too too long
