GnR bug

Ok i was puzzled why couldn´t my points get through 1660 range since every day when i logged in i had a lower number of points.....
It´s like it was increasing during the day and decreasing during the night lmao
and now each turn i am losing my point....i am aleady at 1520 now....soon i won´t even be able to ascend.....not like i did want to

Realm Alert Drains Naquadah, Increases Covert Defense, increases insurance effects;
Nox Insurance drains 10% income, limits successful attacks on you, adds delay between attacks.
Both cost 3 turns to change; lose 1 glory per turn on insurance, if applicable.

Can anyone confirm that they are also loosing G&R?
Edit: I think I may be loosing it, not sure, didn't have an exact figure on my G&R when I got off last night

I think being out of the GR range makes you lose 1 per turn.

It may possibly be a new update. However my officer should be earning g+r and he is not. he his not on nox.
2% of 72739 players is 1454, he is ranked 1,288.
So possibly they changed the g+r system

These points are gained by being in the top 2% of all players in the rankings.
(The top 2% of active players, so this number may be slightly different than multiplying the lowest rank by 2%)

I thought itw as only for active account?
A lot of those 72k are not active.

I always operated under the assumption that the inactive accounts were the ones that where on vacation or unranked.
Now if that is not the way to find g+r range, then tell me what is?

from what ive been able to come to, you have to be between 1100-1200 and 1200 sometimes isn't enough, i know i was at around 1250 a day or so ago and wasn't makeing any

One of my officers is ranked 675, has been for about a week, and isnt receiving ANY GnR either. I think there may be a bug or something.
