I am relatively new to being a commander and have a couple questions since my officers aren't getting their bonuses right now and neither am I. I have 4 officers, one is less than 24 hours, one is sharing an IP address with me and I thought one of those two things are making them not get their bonus. All of them are not getting the bonus, I have the rate set to 30 as well. I tried changing it to 10 and back to 30 but it made no difference at 10 or 30 still no bonus. Any ideas?

The IP sharing is almost certaintly the issue... and at minimum will keep him from getting the bonus. Try disbanding him and see if that fixes the problem.

The less than 24 hours should have no effect.

I was thinking too but i had emailed support to let them know we would share ip addresses. All of my officers are not getting their bonus since I have 4 and each should get about 100 mil after doing the math and they are at like 50 or 60 mil per turn when I alone should give them 100. So its all

They may simply have not recieved it, or haveing gotten it, have failed to act upon it.

Geh, once again i'm trying to think of some other bonus stopping non-bug, non-cheat related feature and am drawing a blank. Granted, it has been over a year since I last had officers... <_<

only things i can think of:

the IP sharing stops the bonuses between the 2 players with shared IPs but it has no effect on the rest.

are you saying they are not getting any or only a small portion?
if its a small portion, do you have realm alert on? because i think that limits how much income they get also...

What's your income on 10% and on 30%? Then we can work out what your total without officers should be, then how much each officer should be getting.

At 30%, for 1 officer to get 100mil/turn, you would have to be earning 335mil/turn.

For 4 officers earning 100mil/turn from you, you would have to be earning 1.34bil/turn.

Chances are, it's 100mil/turn shared between all 4 of them.

My thoughts exactly.

The officer that shares an IP with you, will be DRAWING an income from you and taking his share from the other officers, he just wont receieve it.

My first officer was my best mate, for about 18 hours he got bonus as did i (UP), then he stopped getting it, but it was still draining my income. So i dismissed him, pointless to waste Naq. Emailed support got a reply within a few days, and then re took him as my officer and it worked fine, till he quit the game lol

Dyneasty and I have shared IPs for as long as we played. It never affected me getting my income from my commander or him getting the UP bonus but there have been so many upgrades since he was my commander that anything is possible. We have an exception now and I assume that has taken care of any issues that might have happened the few times I have joined under him lately.

Now the only issue is if we are massing from the same IP. We can not both hit the same person then so we have to be at separate houses if we are massing the same person.
