hi guys/gals...

I know you get a million requests to deal with shared IP addresses... but I have been very patient (6 months now)

I have sent the email to the desired destination but no luck...
I know you have to deal with more than people realise but please please please can you sort this out.

my mate (squelch) got me (djno5) into the game in january when we shared a home and work place, he not long after introducing me to the game moved away (6 months ago) we submitted the request shortly after. and a few inbetween then and now. if you have the ablity to check you will see that our ip addresses have not coinsided since this time,

help me PLEASE

yea same with me, me and like 4people form my school used sgw there and oviously the school uses one ip address so we cant trade eiter

For the GameAdmin - Cheaters, Bans, etc...

We have a group of about 5-7 people who all know each other in real life...

We have shared IP's at work round each others houses and we have been playing since January 06 and some back when the game started...

There have been many emails sent...

The odd one or two people can share with one another...

but the rest of us cant...

When I say many emails I mean each of us have sent emails (several times)

giving all the details and real life info for each of us...

Even our alliance mates have sent emails trying to get it as it seems we just get ignored!

well guys that isnt possible even uif u sent lots of email. is smth that the game has denied.

Admin can always add an exception to the current antimulti code

u right man, but they wont do that, write 1000 emails if u want.

Admin as already said he would do exceptions for people that have the same ip so just give him sometime with all the hacks and stuff it takes time

yer but 6 months for me and over a yer for the other guy is quite a while.... and it is really annoying whe you read that some people get it within 3 weeks.

this would imply that the work through it from the top.....

yer I could bombard them with emails but I don't want to be a apin in the ass - I just want to play the game the way others can, I feel that me and my mate are being penialised for him introducing me to the game.

I have worked with large numbers of requests via email for an internet company and fully understand the demand that people want from you... but that is why I have my patient approch. If my customers/users had to wait six months the company I worked for would of went under. even if they dedicated 2 days a week to clearing the back log of these requests it would be cleared in 2-3 weeks, then just deal with these requests as they come up, instead of multiple updates to the game that takes up more time.

actually i wrote an email to them when my wife started playing. got an e-mail back from Admin Sue about 7 or 8 hours later saying it was approved and that she could log in and start to play. just keep trying.

I too would like a IP execption for me and my brother whose ID is 1907024 and my ID is 1905721. And also for my officer whose ID is 1912259. I have wrote a few emails to you guys and have got no response yut. The first one was sent about three or four months ago and the last one was sent about three weeks ago.

Might I suggest stopping by one of the two chat with admin sessions on Wednesdays?
