I dont think that anyone should be able to spy you when your on ppt. But spying is hostile as you will have all of your units killed if they are found.

i like this idea, you can still check things out, but if you fail you lose the rest of your ppt, so there is a risk involved, a smaller one if you know what your doing but a risk nonetheless

I would say no since during a war someone could just go on ppt spy all the targets in the other alliance. This would mean you could get all the intel and pass it on to everyone else but never risk losing your spies if the enemy happens to be spying you at the same time.

Having the ability turned off during alliance wars wouldn't work it would just give people another reason not to officially declare war with people ingame.

its a bit foolish to think you would be allowed to spy while on PPT. You went onto PPT with an oath that you shall not utilize any aggressive tactics at your disposal while the PPT remains therefore by rights your PPT is forfeit if you spy as it is now. You are allowed to be spied upon whilst under PPT because they are not and spying will not allow them to damage you at all simply provide them intel to use later but if they spied you while you are on PPT or not the same information is being used so the PPT is ineffective for that aspect

Jack O'Neill wrote:Ummm spying is not really aggressive also if you were spying then how would the Asgard know if you were spying you're not going to announce it and your target will only know if the attempt fails you said you took an oath well that would just make the "you fail you loose PPT" rule make more sense you're whole argument about why they're allowed to spy you contradicted your statement about why you're not allowed to spy either that or I read it wrong

This is what I read

You're not allowed to spy because it's an aggressive tactic

They are allowed to spy because it doesn't damage you

which would mean it's not aggressive as you are supposed to be protected from all things aggressive which then invalidates your argument about why you're not allowed to spy while on PPT

i totally aggree with you. and i think tht if admin wont change it so you can spy while on PPT he should atleast make it so you cant be spyed on.

I have no problem having that option taken away but being allowed to spy on PPT is ridiculous

spying on ppt, horrible idea

stopping people from being able to be reconned because they are on ppt, horrible idea

.......sending a recon team, and spying on another player IS AN AGGRESSIVE ACTION to all those that said it wasnt
