trades to people in pergatory

hey i couldnt find a topic about this so i decided to post it, sorry if there is another one some where moderators.
i got brokered to my ID when i was in pergatory and the trade went threw, leaving me unable to accept the deal, i have no problem with this.
but it made me have to wait for the expiry to keep in before i left that realm.
saying that i couldnt have any trades active if i wished to enter pergatory as the message when i tryed to leave to the main realm.
