Tech Page bug

Everytime I go to the tech page theres a word in red letters there.
The words are "Not" and "You".
so after I click the tech page, the hyper link is like
http://quantumgate.stargatewars.com/tech.php?strErr=Not
or
http://quantumgate.stargatewars.com/tech.php?strErr=You
You guys trying to tell me something? "Not You."
