switching account

hey guys. my old account is going to a friend. i got a new one. so should i just log in or follow a procedure

the basics: create a new acct after giving him the login details. tell him to change the login details ASAP. and create a new acct. now i dont know 100% if thats gonna trip the multi acct safeguard to lock you out of the site, maybe one of the mods know wat is needed to trip it.
