Well i said i think, most programs i use like that only do the IE ones. Try the ctrl-shift-del if it still dont work just incase

Also ctr+alt+del ONLY works if you have XP it works with Vista but is a pain in the *** if you're reading this and are cursed with Vista simply right click the taskbar (the bar at the bottom of your screen where all the window buttons are) and click "Task Manager" that's the short cut however if you use XP and your system starts to freeze up just use crt+alt+del it's the all powerful windows panic button however it doesn't really work in Vista
ctrl-SHIFT-del... inside firefox... a box comes up and click "clear private data now" restart firefox and normally it works did for me when it happened...
