Well theirs a thread going on in Stargatewars General about the prices going grazy treu the markets.

smallers ones cant afford anything these day's so I would like to suggest the folowing for the smaller ones to raid (like a CAP) lets say people under 1 million UU gets 6 turns/turn .

It has been suggested before, and all we managed to get implemented was the 3 turns/turn thing. To be honest though, it was one of the better and 'fairer' updates.

Don't think theres a need to raise their ATs since bigger ones are stoped in growth by the cap....

why not, every update that is made only profit the big players, and if dose not profit big players it just sucks for small ones.

like the last one:
July 18, 2007
Death Rates during battle
These have increased slightly, to 3.5% on attack, 2.5% on defence.
Being at war does increase this.
The difference between your strength, and your enemies strength, also affects this - as it did before, although the effect of this difference has also increased. ie - attacking a much more powerful foe will result in more losses...a weaker foe in less losses...
(but keep in mind, as before, it is still a percent of YOUR forces that die, regardless of the enemy strength. So if you have a lot of forces, many will die...this is just the nature of huge amounts of beings with weapons all at the same place at the same time... this has not changed.)
The minimum of 20% of their defence power, in attack power, to damage them at all, still remains, as does the supers taking only 50% of normal losses.
