no. not that one needs an excuse to mass someone but still. if you're going to use a reason them being annoying isnt a good one IMO.


i can always ignore them. and really i find people are annoying because they want your attention. massing them gives them what they want and i dont like giving trolls attention if i can help it.

it does get a bit ridiculos. but, who cares whats right? outside normal rules that is

It's a war game so if you really wanted to you could go out and mass someone just because their army size was a weird number it's not a great excuse but still... you don't need one

There was a ridiculous person in the IRC yesterday, actually. He was telling everybody how nuking the entire Middle East would be a good idea. I thought about massing him or something, but I was unable to acquire his ID.

I hope it's the same person.

Mass anyone for anything, make up a reason if you like, it's all good

And that guy isn't the smartest.... how it would be good... well i suppose i can see reasons for it but it wouldnt be a "good idea"...
