Would you destroy an alliance or just a member of that alliance because one of your friends didn't make it into that alliance?
Why he wasn't accepted: he sort of made an arse of himself and the training alliance was closed.

I think your friend should move on and get over it. If your friend did mass an alliance because he didn't get into it, I am pretty sure your friend would get destroyed.
My advice, walk away.

How many have applied to Omega and be denied entrance? Should they all start a war with Omega because Omega didn't want them among their ranks?
No they find another alliance which suites them.
