IP address is very similar to yours, or the same. It is a way to prevent multying, but sometimes affects computers with just very similar IPs..

Means the person has the same IP as you..or similar...gotten that message before -.- hate it

I got this message a while ago....its spooky...I ended up searching my entire house trying to find who was using my IP.
