account ip changing

my id is 32925 my name is slikrnsnot.
my daughter has an account.
id=65428 & name master45.
she is to busy & still a little to young (in the head
) to properly take care of it & make it grow. so i am giving it to a friend in england tomorrow.i greatly appreciate if the ip trade ban on these to accounts would be lifted.thanks admin team.
