Possible Calculation bug

Hi folks
Dunno if anyone also found this bug (no posts, so I assume that no one else had this before).
I think I found a bug when working with my planets on the main server.
I had enough Naq to add another 100 ?? facilities to my planet, but when I entered 100 into the list I got that nice message that I didn't have enough.
I THEN proceded to add 95 facilities, and then another 4, and still had enough money left to do another 1 after that (and no this wasn't over turn changes). Now according to my calculations 95+4+1=100
It's just a little something I noticed. VERY VERY low priority in my opinion, but a heads up all the same.
