Ok so I have a problem with Zach...

So, he sold my location because I had 2mil UUs out, but my power was blown out by the drunk next door. So I was out for 4hours because I have summer school. I had 0def and 2mil UUs out. I was ascending before the power went out. I sent the 1.5tril to my Co. But before I could send the UUs power shut off. And I have asked for them back. Yes I did threatoin. Yes, I was in the wrong for that. So he sold the location to a guy named Lord Ascension, his friend for 500k UUs. As my Co talked to him Lord Ascension said he would give some of the UUs back about 1.25mil. I agreed. Then he replied and said he sent the UUs to Zach.

i would rather keep some of the UU then have get my turns back, i bought this target from another player, and i payed him 500k UU for it, so how about i give your officer 1 mil back and keep 500k and you keep your turns and were good and i will add you to msn later, im really busy at the moment.

Now I do not ask for them all back. I just what about 1mil-1.25mil. I aint asking for it all. But as a decent player I did ask and so did my Co. And as him being a Decent player would give some back. Like Motte would agree and so would EAM.

Now I ask:
If you raided 2m uu from someone and they had it out due to a power failure would you give it back?

or in this case

If someone bought the location for 500k UUs and they sent you the UUs and the guy askes for them back, would you give them back due to power failure?

You had 2 Million UU out for over 4 hours with no defence? Regardless of who you choose to live next to, if you can find me anyone in this game who would not steal 2 Million UU from someone with no defence ill be very surprised...

If you leave that many UU out your asking for trouble so in answer to your question... you have 2 chances, slim to none and slim left town on the no chance train about 4 hours ago!

maybe this is just cause i am fairly weak and new, but i say yes i would give it back... i know i would if i believed the person asking for it back, and i would hope if that ever happens to me the person would be nice enough to give it back

I think giving back half is fair, it was a fair hit, but under the circumstances being that you were ascending and the power went out its not like it was your fault they were out through forgetting or carelesness etc. So its not entirely fair on you, yet its a fair hit for the other guy. so personally id say 50-50. keep 1mill each.

I think you should mass the neighbor..... or do somethign really mean... somewhere on the DD forums is a list of things to do to your neighbor :-)

EAM why am I not suprised Steven if I were you I would ask for 50% back and be nice about it

and if he doesnt give it to you then mass him

There were some threats involved that were not gonna get into.

The other thing is there are people who lie scam about these kind of things and you never know whats true or not.

How does a drunk neighbor take out your power? I'm not saying i don't believe you or your scamming or lying just curious :-)

What's that I hear? Oh I recognize it now, it's whining. You left the UU out, you did not train them, they were taken. That's your fault. Because Zach refused to return the UU does not make him a dishonorable player. I don't return UU I raid, so by your logic, I'm a dishonorable player.

I have had similar things happen before. If a main powerline gets messed up it can screw up the entire street, or more.
Say a neighbor cuts down a tree that is near a line it can fall on it and break it. It is also somewhat easy to overload circuts. I remember once a McDonalds near me screwed up the entire town when they overloaded some circuts with theirs grills.(Yes, I do live in the country abit...)

It's more than fair on the one that found him, as had the power not gone out, the UU would have never been raided. He still gains 1mill more than he would have had, and TDOsiris is only 1mill worse off compared to 2mill. And the fact he only had 2mill UU to send when ascending makes me think he probably had a small army and being raided hurt him ALOT.

I think 1mill back, and TDOsiris pays him half the turns he used is more than fair. But then, im not negotiating this am I :lol:
