hey sorry if this is the wrong section (possibly should belong in the faq, possibly not as soley relates to ascension)

what stat is the counter/defence to initiate revolution

is it covert or assasin or something else?

Untrain all coverts and see. But before that send me your ID

If you want to counter Initiate Revolution, it is based on your covert score versus your opponent's covert score. So the higher the score the better.
