Regarding Trading with People at the same work-place.

I have requested multiple time to have an exemption for our work IP address. I have yet to receive any reply, or action.

Currently, several employees became interested in the game, while watching me build. It is impossible for us to help eachother out if we can't do simple tasks like broker trades.

I need to know who to contact directly. mailto:gameAdmin@stargatewars.com seems to be a dead-end, since no one has responded even once.

Please help,

Regards,

It has been a battle. Hell, we aren't all even in the same alliance or anything like that. It has turned into a competition, of sorts. Makes it more interesting.

Some of us are near, or at, ascension. It becomes extremely important to have someone to trade with that you can trust with little hestitation.

When the time comes, if I still can't get it resolved, I'll work with my CO. It is just such a pain in the ....

HEY ADMINS!!! HELP ME!!! :-)

Uh, please review the first message.

I'll summarize:

**** I SENT MULTIPLE MESSAGES TO THAT EMAIL ADDRESS ****

Now, how about a helpful suggestion this time.
This is an issue that has been on-going for **MONTHS**

How many damn emails do I have to send to get a simple: "I'll check into it." or "You are all set." or even "Nope, your screwed."

The response time is comparable to the Architech in TheMatrixWars.
IE: No Response....

try sending once more... support does reply, but the email you sent could have gotten lost... support usually gets a lot of requests for this and that...

it might be good to check if they have done it every now and then... it may happen that they fix it without sending message back that it is done...

Join the club :)

In the Warlords of Briton we have about 6-7 members who know/hang around with each other in real life and play the game

Pretty much all of us have been playing since January 06 or earlier

we have sent so many emails its obscene...

some of our alliance mates have sent emails because they are sick of being middlemen for our trades...

recently one of our alliance mates who lives in the same county (Sussex) (although we haven't met or shared the same pc's in real life) has since developed IP issues with me... and I'm sure that will have gone round to all the other people on the same IP issue making probably 7-8 people

still no reply...

Dont think its worth trying...

There are about 5-6 different IP's where we have & can use the same computer to bank etc...

trying to report them all will be rediculous and doesn't seem to get us anywhere...

TheRook

(Sorry this is partial thread hijacking but purely down to frustration!!)

AdminMark if you read this could you please sort out trading on all IP's for

TheRook id = 30679
Brythalious id = 19326
El_Mariachi id = 53549
Astrild id = 50472
Death By Hat id = 69544
BOD id = 19623
Mattreed1986 id = 32115 (this one is a member who hasn't used the same IP's but lives in the same county unless by some unfortunate ISP IP rotation)

^^ All of the Above are Warlords of Briton members who have IP issues on probably 5-7 different IP's

This one is also a RL friend who again has IP shared

Lord Kurnous id = 32273

Real life names are...

TheRook = Andy (Me)
Brythalious = Graeme
El_Mariachi = Ted
Astrild = Yvette
Death By Hat id = Ollie
BOD = BOD (If I told you his real name I would have to kill you... - but we do just refer to him as BOD all the time actually there are other names but the forum filter will block those)
Lord Kurnous = Scott

Technically I dont know Mattreed/met him in real life but chat with him on MSN and the Warlord forums
but he is called Matt Reed (surprisingly :))

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE sort out the IP issues for us and the guy who created this thread (sorry for the slight hijack)

oh and more info if its needed

Ted & I work together...
Ted, Graeme, Me, Ollie, Scott, BOD & Yvette meet up pretty much every wednesday round Graemes house... so if you want this wednesday and we regularly bank round his house between 7pm and 11pm and usually (unless on PPT) more than one of us will bank during that time on his PC... to keep the wolves at bay :)

and as you can see our ID's are spread out nicely as additional proof showing the varying times we started playing.

TheRook

p.s. please grant full trading IP removals on all these accounts... before I have a nervous break down (or should I say before Darkhawk does (he's our trading middle man bless him :D)
