Collective Reconaissance

Collective Reconaissance-when spying, such as for planets, i find that i don't always see everything the first time, and that i must spy several times to collect the data that i need
and unless you have an excell spread-sheet documenting all the random data,it can get pretty hectic
i suggest that we implement Collective Reconaissance-in this plan we give each person 2 pull down menus to select a time frame from,
the first menu will contain the numbers 0-60, while the second menu will contain 4 choices:minutes, hours, days, and off, after 5 days, of course, your covert agents will have forgotten the data.
these menus will operate in the way common sense suggests
the covert data will also appear in the actual pages you spy on someone, IE: you spyed on someone with 3 planets and found this out:
p1 ??? def 12(36,000,000) large
p1 ??? ??? ???
p2 +1142unit production ??? tiny
on the second spy you found this out:
p1 ??? ??? ???
p1 +1,325,210 covert def 1000(3,000,000,000) ???
p2 ??? ??? tiny
But the second time, in stead of showing only what you learned the second time, it shows everything you have learned within a certain amount of time, based opun the user selection using the menus, the 2nd page would now look like this:
p1 ??? def 12(36,000,000) large
p1 +1,325,210 covert def 1000(3,000,000,000) ???
p2 +1142unit production ??? tiny
of course intel logs should not become obsolete, as players may still wish to look at the data again, but there would be no need to have multiple entries for each person spyed opun
