I was just stumbling around and saw this guy/chick.

I looked at his officers and the majority of them have a close ID. They are also all tauri. 4 of his officers (including him/herself) all start with 214 in their ID's and 3 are in the same alliance run by him.
Just thought i would do my part to help the game
