yay ..nice improvement
he had a 8bil MS strike 8 months ago, and believe me , he was a pain in the ass

omg that guy tried to annoy the heck out of me during the CIA vs COP war. every time he built it he massed my officers MS.

he still is annoying. has an 800k army size, 750k of it is in covert. he massed my MS, i rebuilt and massed him. 15 mins after i massed him, he has rebuilt and massed me again. i had 4 pages of attacks in 1 minute, despite having nox protection. he has no income of his own, so something def doesnt add up

he could actually just have good farms, and full SS so he can buy turns...

maybe, but he still managed to rebuild a very large MS 15 mins after i massed it, to then mass me with 4 pages of attacks, all in 1 minute, whilst i was on nox protection. something doesnt add up
