Main Attack Logs After Ascension

I ascended tonight, and it would seem that my Attack logs remained, is this a new feature to stop people attacking, ascending and hiding? Or is this simply a bug that's appeared with the expansion of the logs?

I just ascended, my logs have stayed too. I can't see a reason why they should have disappeared in the first place anyway.

its a new update so ppl cant mass som1 and then ascend away to hide their identity

That doesn't make sense. If I attack somebody, then ascend, there would be no physical evidence that I attacked you except the damage I've done. Odd, yes. Do I think its good? No. Am I moving this to the Discussion for Release Enhancements? Yes.

But you would know who was attacking you and then you would still remember them even if they ascended.
