Cheat, Abusive player and also possible multi

This player has been previously noted as a confirmed scammer using the email of mailto:x__static@hotmail.com. It appears to me that this could also now be a multi with the account that was previously know to be used by this email address. This is a post showing the scamming issue.

The account in question here has been used recently as it was at 138 turns only recently. The issue is that this email address is also linked to another account of a previous member of DOC and someone I considered a friend.
The account has had a number of name changes recently from Frankenbok to Night Watchman and is now named The Hulk. The ID is 1904219.
This account has also been abusive to a number of different people on msn but since this cannot be shown as evidence I will not add it. I will just say it is not appropiate.
The Hulk account claimed to be a new owner who when speaking to both Nigatsu Aka and myself using a different msn mailto:jackass_guy2@hotmail.com. It was out of this conversation that we agreed that amounts owed to us for helping this guy as a previous alliance member would be repaid. This has been paid back to both of us, strangly it was the exact amounts owed but since we did not have enough proof we left it to see if we could find more on this person who needs to be removed for been a cheat and anti social.
I also suspect that there could be other accounts in exsistance but am unable to find any.
