the above seems typical for multies...
they both also have about same amount of UUs, so that hints at being logged into the same time, their IDs are almost identical (only one digit different, which hints at creation at same time)... the name of the first one is also part of the second one...

A note to admin:

User brat has planet named: Planets protected by NOS . Now, if i`m not mistaken, this planet is mine. Well, actually, i abandoned it a while ago. I just hope this won`t make me the suspect.

I checked out the mentioned accounts and agree that they are multi's. They have been banned.
