The Omegan Empire has decided that from this moment any NAP we have with other so called groups will not be extended to any additions made to those groups..We do not intend to expand and are quite happy with our current group.

I think he meant alliances like TC or TG just to name an example or two

It just means he was pissed of rapidly growing alliances which already have a NAP with omega and by adding new alliances to their EMPIRE (he calls it so called cause of his character ) they have to expand their NAP meaning less naq farms...
Basically he just took the words out of TLs mouth we had it with this also and it only complicates things
So you can ADD TLE to the list if you ADD it it wont be covered...
Nothing drastic about Rhetts thoughts you can all go home now

But on a serious note we aint gonna let you decide how we run our empire.....if your not happy about you can always end the NAP....
