Farming and massing policy:

If an Aeon Kings member is massed without diplomatic routes being tried beforehand, they will be massed, immediately.

If an Aeon Kings member is farmed there is no problem as long as he cannot hold the income with the defense unless the hits are not profitable ones. As with raiding, when farming is reported to the HC, HC will look into the hits and if it is found that the hits are not profitable then the farmer automatically forfeits his defense and possibly more depending on how he handled the situation.

If you are attacking trying to get ascended blessing then you will be brought into discussions and you will either have to return some of the naq for repairs or if you choose to refuse this, then you automatically forfeit your defense and possibly more depending on how you handled the situation.

If you are attacking or farming AK members all of your farming policies are out the door
if you farm AK you must expect to be farmed in return.

If you are not willing to allow Aeon Kings members to farm you and you mass said Aeon King member without trying the diplomatic route or after the diplomatic route is failed, the person who massed an Aeon Kings member will be massed and reparations will be demanded from the alliance, if none are paid then the an alliance war is as good as inevitable.

When it comes to sabbing and raiding, they are both considered as massing and will dealt with through the above channels listed.

When it comes to raiding unless it is very profitable you will be massed, if it is very profitable then you will not be massed and a different conclusion will be decided by the Aeon Kings HC. Whether the raiding is profitable or not will be decided by The Aeon Kings HC.

When it comes to planet stealing, it is forbidden, we consider it to be like a massing and the planet will be taken back and the planet theif will be massed, that is after the diplomatic route is tried and was unsuccessful.

In terms of vultures during war, The Aeon Kings regards this as the height of desperation and dishonor. Your names will be recorded and you will be dealt with after the war one way or another.

All of these points apply for the Aeon Kings alliance as well. Try the diplomatic route first before jumping to conclusions

A reasonable stance as far as I can tell. Though of course the fact that the HC decides what is considered reasonable can mean a lot of different things

StargateWars is a little more fun , Hell the give you turns and stuff to attack people with.

yes AK is aware of these resources killtacular, we have used them many times when people dont agree with our policy

and AK is a fair alliance
the HC decides cos that gets rid of people trying to find loopholes
we will come to a fair and reasonable conclusion

as DB says and also it stops any AK member from acting like a total n00b and bringing shame to the alliance.

AK has been committed to fair play from before i 1st joined 2 years ago. dont mistake AK for a weak alliance, we are not afraid of any alliance or player.

this policy has been introduced in response to attacks on our members. its only fair that we lay down some ground rules of what we think is an acceptable attack on our members.

Guys please respect our policy and we shall respect yours

Fair and logical.
Nothing more logical than:
"you farm us, expect be farmed in return, and if you mass us for that, when we are in our right, you'll be massed back".

This policy is reasonable for each player and each alliance as it gives you a chance to make a wise decision whether you will go to war and drag your alliance with yourself or agree with the proposal of AK HC and go your way

it´s not like it was a 0 policy......either way we would shoot and then ask questions

Well, that's not much fun. My general attitude is that if you don't farm me, I don't destroy your planets.

I've always found AK to be reasonable the few times we've bumped into each other. You seem to be a well-organized and well-spoken alliance. Good luck.
