Attention Q players. From now on unless you can positively guarantee you're my ally, you're probably not safe. Yes, that's right, my minions and I are coming for YOU! BUT, all is not lost yet. You can appease me by donations of naq or UU!

Amounts will vary based upon your size and power, but I can 100% guarantee not only will you be safe from me, but I will allow you to select targets of your own that I will gladly eliminate!

This is a serious proposal, not a joke. I actually do say that if you're top 50, you better keep your pants on tight cause I'll scare them right off you! If you're top 100, you still may be in danger. People below rank 100 are largely safe I would say, but if you're a member of a top 10 alliance, you're still in danger!

If you want to know if you're on my safe list, just PM me ingame or talk to me on msn.

Do not:
-Attack me, that will just get you sat on and massed for the rest of the wave. Good luck finishing top 100 like that.
-Hide on ppt or vacation mode. I'll just make note of you and come back and finish the job later.
-Threaten me with x-server warfare. I don't even play main or ascension and if you wanna fight on chaos, go for it, I don't care about that anymore, and perhaps I'll mention your name to my friends who do.
-Attack my allies thinking they will ask me to not attack you. They'll mass you until your account has blisters. Actually, on second thought, go ahead. It'll be one less person for me to worry about =D

That should summarize things. Keep in mind lightning can strike the same place more than once. That is all.

Floop said he doesn't play main, so no. Also, you WILL get banned if you X-server trade.

I only thought that trading Quantum goods are bannable not the services like massing...

You are not allowed to use your main account to gain any advantage on Quantum, or vice versa. Resources or services are the same for this rule, getting someone massed in q, or main, by trading from the other server is bannable.

What he means is that if you want to get someone massed you got to pay floop $ to do it! Or the Q naq i would think aswell. I'm not really sure how he's planing on collecting. For myself can't wait till this wave is over. Then i'm just going to ban my paypal account from the Q server!

Not trying for anything this wave just messing with random people I dont really have anything to lose my MS is all in techs (Sinath if your reading this I can repair my MS about 100 times with whats in my bank lol)

Hit me up when your massing I got big techs can build top of any stat at will... excluding MS I can get top 10 on that if needed wont be able to get top 1 unless I mass a few people and allied with 7 and would take me about 40 repairs to mass the other 2 lol

If you want to know if you were my victim, just check your logs for me, Scartissue, Sinath, or EntertheLion. We all enjoyed paying you guys a visit and look forward to next round. Again, all you gotta do is work out some version of payment, and judging by the number of weapons and spies we killed, payment is cheaper =P
