Alliance Management

Having recently had some issues with the alliance management page, I was thinking that the button that says disband alliance shouldn't be a single action. It should be confirmed like in the trading/market section. Also, there should be a clock, saying you have blank hours before the disbanding of the alliance becomes effective. Maybe even a message to all members saying the alliance has entered the process of being disbanded.
