How do I form an alliance?

go to commander center go to alliance click on it and go to create alliance

Dont do it unless you are very powerfull and able to defend and help both yourself and your future alliance members. If you are not very strong you may struggle to gain recruits.

yeah - and i think you won't get a ranking unless you have 5 members
