user control panel ---> Board preferences---->My date format:
The syntax used is identical to the PHP date() function.

How do i change/rename this window, so there will be the date and the time, when the post was written, long time ago, i thought i had to insert my b-day here so everywhere shows that date, I'm GMT +1; how do i change this ?

Do you mean time zone?
If you want to change your time zone, thats under board preferences.

we think he means this:
User Control Panel » Board preferences » Edit global settings
