I did a little search but returned nothing, what's the limit on AT's? i thought it was

4k by turn generation
10k by brokering / trades

Then you can get a bit more if at 10k using the in game market, correct?

So Naq => AT multiple of 5 ~ 1500 ATs, so 11500 is max per se.

How does that work? I'm not saying he is a cheater, my knowledge of ATs may be wrong or a perfectly good reason why he has that many ATs, yet again it may be dodgy and striked me as so.

If you buy the turns from the ingame cash market, you can go higher than 10k, its not a cheat, using this method correctly you could have a max of 40k turns, 10k brokered and 30k bough for $50 depending on turns per $.
