resending login info problem

I'm not sure if this is in the right section but i can't find the "ascended" forum section...
anyway on ascended realm i forgot my login info as i recently changed my username. I was on vacation and now i want to log back in but i can't remeber my username or password. I tried resending hte info back to my account with my email but nothing's happening....is it buggy? thanks admin for help.
